Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes: to learn about our work and to get in touch. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
Our services
The site describes what Fryv does. It is not an offer or a contract. Anything indicative you see here, including the recommendation from the diagnosis tool and any figures, is a starting point, not a quote. Actual work is scoped and priced in a separate written agreement or proposal, and those terms govern the engagement.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to Fryv unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we build for a client is set out in that client’s engagement agreement; our standard position is that clients own the systems and tools we deliver to them.
No warranties
The site and any free tools on it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fryv is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
